Delivery Costs:
We offer absolutely Free Home Delivery on most of theithe listed, unless otherwise stated. We charge nominal delivery rates on some of the heavy furniture, where stated. The delivery costs vary with size and volume of the goods, and will be shown at the time of the checkout. 

Please note, free delivery orders will be delivered in one drop. Split date deliveries will be charged according to the applicable rates.

Our standard delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. We regret that we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, overseas addresses or the following UK postcodes:

England and Wales: GY, JE, HS, TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), BFPO
Offshore KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH9, PH15-44, ZE

Delivery Times:
All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank/Public Holidays), any time between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer specific time deliveries.

Delivery Options:

We offer a large array of products and the delivery options vary for the different items. The available delivery option are explained below.


Next Day Delivery: Items listed with Next Day Delivery are delivered the next working day (Excluding Bank/Public Holidays); provided the orders are placed before cut off time. Please see below for further explanation.


Day of Choice Delivery: Items listed with Day of Choice Delivery are delivered on the requested day of choice (Excludes Weekends, Bank/ Public Holidays). Customers must mention their day of choice in the special instruction section while placing the order or email us separately with the order ID.


Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery options vary from 2 to 14 working days and are charged at different rates depending upon the weight and volume of the goods.


Express Delivery: Items listed with Express Delivery are available for fast track delivery at higher rates.

Please note that the delivery charts are guidelines only. You will normally receive a dispatch information email with full order tracking details. The delivery times may elapse sometimes due to unforeseeable circumstances like severe weather conditions or road accidents. Delays due to such circumstances are beyond our control.

You will receive an email or text message the day before delivery to confirm dispatch of your order. There must be some one present at the destination to receive and sign for the goods received.

Delivery times for out of stock goods:

If you are interested in an item that is indicated as out of stock we suggest you choose something comparable from huge range of high quality and great value products on our website. If you do decide to order an item that is indicated as out of stock there may be an additional lead time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any dispatch or delivery lead times on out of stock items.

Deliveries further explained

Next Day Delivery & Day of Choice Delivery
For some Next Day Delivery and Day of Choice Delivery items, the items will be delivered by a one man delivery service. it means delivery company can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. Unfortunately if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only as the delivery driver is not insured to enter private premises. Therefore please be aware that if you purchase a product on next day delivery and require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery especially for heavier items are usually delivered by 2 men service. A customer may request our contracted deliverers to assist in taking the order into the premises but this will be at the discretion of the delivery team. In the rare event that damage occurs, our contracted deliverers unfortunately cannot accept liability for any damage either to the delivered product or to the customers property (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure) whilst assisting the customer with a request. Any consequent damage should fall under the customer's household insurance.

Delivery Vehicles:
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long heavy goods vehicle weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14.3 Feet. Therefore it is responsibility of customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads. It helps us to deliver your order successfully and ensure that we have made arrangements for appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to our contracted vehicles, unadopted roads will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided by the customer.

For All Deliveries:
Our contracted couriers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. Customer must arrange the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture themselves. Some local councils may recycle unwanted furniture free of charge but please contact your local council for further details. Our contracted couriers will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of flat packed orders is the responsibility of the customer.

Preparation for delivery:

Customersare advised when accepting goods to have protective sheets available as goods being delivered may have transferred through a number of warehouses and vehicles. Stickbase will not accept any liability for any damage caused. 


Damages:
Please check your order on receipt and if you see or suspect any damages to your order please indicate this when you sign for the delivery. If your order is damaged, we will replace any missing or broken parts where possible.

As Sometimes the case may be, due to unforeseen reasons a situation may arise which is beyond our control and precent us from delivering goods to you on time. We will do our best to keep you informed and strive to find the best solution.

We therefore recommend that you do not dispose of your old furniture/mattresses until you have received your goods from us and you are satisfied with them.
