Mattress Setup Guide

The following guide is provided to help you set up your new Duratribe mattress.

On delivery

Watch your back

Your new mattress is heavy. It is best to take it into the room of your choice before you unpack it. We advice you to seek assistance to move the mattress.

Warning: Your rolled mattress is under pressure. Be careful when opening it as it try to flatten suddenly Dispose or recycle plastic bags carefully to avoid the danger of suffocation. Keep away from children.

After delivery

Unpack it. It’s pretty simple!

Follow the steps below to set up your new mattress:

For Pocket sprung or Hybrid mattress:

1. Take the rolled mattress to the room of choice. Lay it down sideways in the middle of your bed.

2.Tear off the adhesive tape and spread mattress on your bed.

3. Carefully cut the plastic covering with a pair of scissors. Don’t use blades or knives.

4. Wait until mattress fully expands.This may take up to 24 hours.

For foam only mattress or toppers ( such as Golden Sleep, OrthoSmart, ComfiNap, FlexiNap or CoziNap)

1. Take the rolled mattress to the room of choice. Lay it down sideways in the middle of your bed.

2. Remove the outer plastic packaging and take out the rolled mattress.

3. Carefully cut the plastic inner covering with a pair of scissors. Don’t use blades or knives. Becareful as the mattress is under pressure and will expand suddenly.

4. Wait until mattress fully expands.This may take up to 24 hours.
